Join us for Cooking with Chefs on Tuesday, March 24 , from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! This recurring event gives students the unique opportunity to watch professional chefs prepare a variety of dishes live, and then enjoy the delicious results. Come experience the sights, smells, and tastes of fresh cooking, learn a few culinary tips, and treat yourself to a flavorful afternoon on campus. Discover how San Diego State University is leading the way in sustainability at the fourth 4th annual Sustainability Summit, hosted by the Office of Energy & Sustainability and Associated Students. The summit will be held Wednesday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., in Montezuma Hall at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

The summit will showcase sustainability efforts across SDSU, including research, curriculum, campus operations and student-led initiatives. This year’s theme is Waste Less. Feed More, .,  highlighting SDSU’s commitment to strengthening food security while reducing food waste as a powerful strategy for climate action. Please join us as we collaborate, share solutions, and accelerate impact toward a more sustainable and equitable future.

Step into the spotlight at our last Open Mic Night of the semester on Thursday, March 19, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! This recurring series showcases the talent of student performers as they take the stage in front of a live audience. Whether you're performing or just there to support your peers, come enjoy an evening of music, poetry, comedy, and more in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Take a break before finals at Escape the Cram on Wednesday, April 29 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. Unwind, enjoy activities and recharge before the busy week ahead. Stop by with friends, de-stress, and treat yourself to a little pre-finals self-care!
