Join us for Cooking with Chefs (CWC) on Tuesday, Nov. 18 from 2–3 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for a special Aztecs Rock Hunger (ARH) edition! This month’s theme, Pantry to Plate, highlights how to create delicious, nutritious dishes using ingredients from our very own A.S. Food Pantry while supporting the campus effort to fight food insecurity. Watch professional chefs prepare flavorful recipes live, pick up a few culinary tips and enjoy an afternoon of good food and community spirit.

Get ready to cozy up at Campground Cookout on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 4–6 p.m., at the Student Union Courtyard! Enjoy a relaxed, fall-inspired atmosphere with hot dogs, mac and cheese and fun seasonal crafts. Take in the cozy campground vibes while enjoying live performances during the open mic, or grab the mic yourself and join in the fun! Don’t forget to sign up to perform and make the most of this laid-back evening filled with comfort food, creativity and community.

Come celebrate SDSU’s diversity at International Education Week November 17-21. Get to know SDSU’s international students from 104 countries at events that spotlight the university’s international community.  

Activities include the 68th annual International Peace Village from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 20 in the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union, featuring cultural performances, cuisine and workshops. A study abroad fair, Transborder Dialogue and dynamic Opening Ceremony are also on tap. 

Travel the world without leaving campus at Games Around the Globe on Monday, December 1, 4–6 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of international games, activities, and friendly competition. Bring your friends, try new games from different cultures, and enjoy an exciting way to connect with the campus community.

Dream of performing live and showing off your band’s talent? Here’s your chance! Enter the Battle of the Bands student competition for an opportunity to open for the GreenFest Concert headliner this Spring.

The top bands will be selected to compete in the Battle of the Bands on Wednesday, December 3, 6–8 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for the grand prize.
