Monday Night Movies is a chance for students to take a break from their busy week by enjoying a free screening of La La Land with snacks on Monday, January 26 in the Student Union Theatre, providing a fun and social way to connect with the campus community. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the movie starts at 6:30 p.m.

Join us for Cooking with Chefs on Tuesday, Feb. 3, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! This recurring event gives students the unique opportunity to watch professional chefs prepare a variety of dishes live, and then enjoy the delicious results. Come experience the sights, smells, and tastes of fresh cooking, learn a few culinary tips, and treat yourself to a flavorful afternoon on campus. Cupid’s calling — will you answer? Fall head over heels at Love in the Union, featuring Valentine’s treats, crafts and heart-filled activities on Wednesday, Feb. 11 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Student Union Courtyard. Come for the sweets, stay for the love, and make memories worth swooning over.

Step into the spotlight at Open Mic Night on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! This recurring series showcases the talent of student performers as they take the stage in front of a live audience. Whether you're performing or just there to support your peers, come enjoy an evening of music, poetry, comedy, and more in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Don’t be late, curiosity awaits! Step Down the Rabbit Hole on Monday, Feb. 23, from 6-8 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for an Alice in Wonderland–themed experience featuring whimsical activities, photo-worthy moments and themed treats. Follow the fun and see where the night takes you.

Let sustainability steal the spotlight at GreenFest: Sustainapalooza on Monday, March 2 from 6–8 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. This engaging event invites students to explore eco-friendly practices alongside their peers while enjoying food, activities and a lively campus atmosphere. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own bowls or cups or grab a reusable mug provided.

Fresh flavors meet sustainable choices at Cooking with Chefs: Seasonal & Sustainable on Tuesday, March 3 from 3–4 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. The first 50 attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on cooking experience, while all students are welcome to stop by to learn about sustainable food practices and enjoy free food. The event highlights plant-based and gluten-free dishes, seasonal ingredients and education on campus gardens and composting.

Connect with culture and wellness at GreenFest: Roots & Remedies on Thursday, March 5 from 1:30–3:30 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. This engaging event invites students to explore cultural traditions and heritage through performances while learning about herbal remedies, mini herb gardens, and sustainable practices. Participants will gain insights into the natural world, wellness practices, and the ways cultural knowledge connects people to the Earth.

Get active, show your school pride, and have fun at Full Court Spring on Friday, March 6 from 1–3 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. This engaging event invites students to enjoy games, activities, and interactive experiences while cheering on the GreenFest Relay Race and celebrating the winner of the GreenFest Spirit competitions. Come connect with friends, show your school spirit, and get ready for the upcoming basketball game!
