Join us for this year's best paddling films. You'll be inspired to explore rivers, lakes and oceans, push extremes, embrace the paddling lifestyle and appreciate the wild places. Since Rapid Media launched the festival back in 2006, the World Tour has screened 959 times to more than 282,864 audience members. Rapid Media has awarded $71,000 to paddling filmmakers and helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for charitable causes. The Paddling Film Festival World Tour has grown to become one of the largest paddling events in the world. Looking to deeply relax, open and release stress from both your body and mind? A classical form of hatha yoga, this slower-paced class is a safe way to begin a new yoga practice or deepen your advanced practice. Learn mindful breathing and relaxation techniques. Experience passive stretches that leave you feeling restored. Wearing layers of clothing is recommended. Equipment is provided. We recommend refraining from eating a large meal at least two hours in advance of the class.
