Craving a sweet way to get involved on campus? Join us on Wednesday, Sept. 3, from 12-1 p.m. in Templo Mayor (2nd Floor, Student Union) to learn how you can make your mark at SDSU. Discover opportunities with Associated Students through the Aztec Student Union Board (ASUB), all while enjoying some delicious ice cream! Don’t miss this tasty chance to connect and get involved.

Step back in time and party like it’s the 80s and 90s at PAC The Union on Saturday, Sept. 6, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. in Montezuma Hall. Get ready for a night full of classic arcade games, a photo booth, food and tons of fun activities. Dress to impress in your best 80s or 90s outfit and compete in our Costume Contest for a chance to win awesome prizes. Don’t miss this ultimate throwback night!

Monday Night Movies is a chance for students to take a break from their busy week by enjoying a free screening of The Parent Trap (2005) with snacks on Monday, September 8, at 6:00 p.m. in the Student Union Theatre, providing a fun and social way to connect with the campus community.

Join us for Nooners, a recurring event series spotlighting student talent, where a student performer or band takes the stage for a full hour — happening Wednesday, September 10, from 12 to 1 PM in the Student Union Courtyard.

Kick off the school year and soak up the sunshine at Heatwave Hang on Mon., September 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the  Student Union Courtyard! This summer-inspired social is the perfect chance to cool down with sweet treats, connect with fellow students, and jumpstart your semester with fun, games, and good vibes. Whether you're looking to make new friends or just chill between classes, Heatwave Hang is the place to be.

Join us for Cooking with Chefs (CWC) on Tuesday, September 23, from 2–3 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! This recurring event gives students the unique opportunity to watch professional chefs prepare a variety of dishes live and enjoy the delicious results. Come experience the sights, smells, and tastes of fresh cooking, learn a few culinary tips, and treat yourself to a flavorful afternoon on campus.

Step into the spotlight at Open Mic Night (OMN) on Thursday, September 25, from 5–7 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard! This recurring series showcases the talent of student performers as they take the stage in front of a live audience. Whether you're performing or just there to support your peers, come enjoy an evening of music, poetry, comedy, and more in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

This upbeat event brings students together for an evening of toe-tapping tunes, interactive activities, and delicious food. Beats & Boots is the perfect way to relax, laugh, and have a good time on campus.
 

Get ready to travel back in time! Join us on Tuesday, October 1 from 5- 7 p.m. in Montezuma Hall for Now That’s What I Call a 2000s Night. Dance, sing along, and vibe to all your favorite hits from the 2000s. Grab your friends and celebrate the music, fashion, and fun of the decade in this lively throwback event!

Join us on Monday, October 6 at 6 p.m. in the Student Union Theatre for a fun night of movies! We’ll be watching Scooby-Doo, so bring your friends, enjoy free popcorn, and follow the Mystery Inc. gang as they solve spooky mysteries. This Monday Night Movie is the perfect way to relax, laugh, and kick off your week with some lighthearted fun.

Unleash your creativity at Sip N Paint on Monday, October 13, 5–7 p.m. in Montezuma Hall! Enjoy a relaxing evening of painting guided by a skilled instructor while sipping on your favorite beverages. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just looking to try something new, this event is the perfect way to unwind, have fun, and create your own masterpiece. Travel the world without leaving campus at Games Around the Globe on Monday, December 1, 4–6 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard. Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of international games, activities, and friendly competition. Bring your friends, try new games from different cultures, and enjoy an exciting way to connect with the campus community.

Dream of performing live and showing off your band’s talent? Here’s your chance! Enter the Battle of the Bands student competition for an opportunity to open for the GreenFest Concert headliner this Spring.

The top bands will be selected to compete in the Battle of the Bands on Wednesday, December 3, 6–8 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for the grand prize.
