Monday Night Movies is a chance for students to take a break from their busy week by enjoying a free screening of La La Land with snacks on Monday, January 26 in the Student Union Theatre, providing a fun and social way to connect with the campus community. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the movie starts at 6:30 p.m.

Dream of performing live and showing off your band’s talent? Here’s your chance! Enter the Battle of the Bands student competition for an opportunity to open for the GreenFest Concert headliner this Spring.

The top bands will be selected to compete in the Battle of the Bands on Wednesday, December 3, 6–8 p.m. in Montezuma Hall for the grand prize.

Step into a cozy, vintage-winter creative night on Monday, Dec. 1 from 4-6 pm in Templo Mayor, 2nd floor of the Student Union, where we’ll build vision boards, unwind and get grounded before the New Year begins! Inspired by themes of rejuvenation and transformation. Come relax, reflect on your goals and create something meaningful as we set the vibe for a refreshed, intentional start to 2026.

Get ready to cozy up at Campground Cookout on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 4–6 p.m., at the Student Union Courtyard! Enjoy a relaxed, fall-inspired atmosphere with hot dogs, mac and cheese and fun seasonal crafts. Take in the cozy campground vibes while enjoying live performances during the open mic, or grab the mic yourself and join in the fun! Food Pantry while supporting the campus effort to fight food insecurity. Continue the celebration of Día de los Muertos with a cozy movie night! Join us for Monday Night Movies with an outdoor screening of Coco on Monday, Nov. 3, in the Student Union Courtyard. Pre-movie activities start at 5:30 p.m., where you can enjoy pan dulce, pan de muerto and Mexican hot chocolate, contribute to the community ofrenda and learn about the significance of Día de los Muertos traditions. The movie begins at 6:30 p.m., so bring your friends, blankets and good vibes for a heartwarming night under the stars!
