Campus Program Funding Post-Event Evaluation Form


Thank you for hosting a Campus Program Funding-sponsored event. The purpose of the Post-Event Evaluation Form is to gain insight upon your overall CPF experience as well as your personal planning and event process. This form must be submitted no later than two weeks after your organization's event. Failure to submit this form will negatively affect your organization's future funding eligibility.
