UNOFFICIAL SPECIAL MEETING- QUORUM WAS NOT MET
I. CALL TO ORDER
Sergio Cisneros called the meeting to order at 2:04 PM in Aztlan at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL
A. Voting Members Present: Sergio Cisneros, Sarah Nohrden, Erik Tamiyasu.
B. Voting Members Absent: Kiana Caton, Brenna Culliton, Jacob Grant.
C. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
D. Non-Voting Members Absent: Lee Mintz.
E. Visitors Present: Tyler Gording, Yiftach Levy, Bree Lutjens.
III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA:
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting and add Public Comment.
TAMIYASU/NORHDEN CARRIED, (2-0-0)
IV. PUBLIC COMMENT
Tyler Gording asked questions about referendum campaigning and recognized student organizations.
V. ACTION
It was moved as seconded to approve the Pro and Con statements and rebuttals, as attached, noting that Erik will confirm the status of all organizations listed in both the pro and con statements and report to the Board of Directors tomorrow.

Jennifer also noted that legal counsel will be advising on a disclaimer statement to add in regards to informing the student body that the pro and con statements and rebuttals are not the views and opinions of the AS, SDSU or CSU.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 2:21 PM.
