A.S. President, Josh Morse called the meeting to order at 4:46 PM at the Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

IV. PUBLIC COMMENT:

A. Nadir Bouhmouch, Student, reported on his disappointment in Associated Students and the leaders that sit on its Boards and Councils, as well as his expectations for incoming leaders.

V. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION:

A. Remarks from Dr. Elliot Hirshman, SDSU President: President Hirshman congratulated the A.S. Government leaders on all their success this past year, reflecting on the opening of the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union, implementing the new A.S. Government structure, as well as many of their other accomplishments.

B. Swearing-in of the 2014-15 A.S. President: University President Hirshman administered the Oath of Office to A.S. President J. Cole.

VI. FAREWELL OF ALL BOARD OF DIRECTOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS:

The A.S. Government leaders stated their farewells, followed by the 2013-14 Executive Officers.

VII. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.

Cole administered the Oath of Office to Executive Vice President Kevin Hancock, Vice President of External Relations Jacqueline Karczewski, Vice President of Financial Affairs Alex Padua, and Vice President University Affairs Corey Polant.

B. Swearing-in of the 2014-15 A.S. Board of Directors: A.S. President J. Cole administered the Oath of Office to the 2014/15 Student-at-Large Board of Directors.

C. Swearing-in of the 2014-15 A.S. Campus Life Council: A.S. Executive Vice President Kevin Hancock administered the Oath of Office to the 2014/15 Campus Life Council.

D. Swearing-in of the 2014-15 A.S. University Council: A.S. Vice President of University Affairs Corey Polant administered the Oath of Office to the 2014/15 University Council.

E. Swearing-in of the 2014-15 A.S. Judicial Affairs Council: A.S. Vice President of University Affairs Jacqueline Karczewski administered the Oath of Office to the 2014/15 Judicial Affairs Council.

F. Approval of the Summer and Fall Meeting Schedule (Action): It was moved and seconded to approve the Summer and Fall Meeting Schedule, as attached.
