Reservations are available for all Union facilities including Scripps Cottage. Our staff can assist you in finding the perfect venue for your meeting or special event and also help coordinate a variety of services to ensure a successful event.

1 Near the top right corner, click “Add Filter” and select “Locations.”2 A small window should appear with the building options.
3 To view Events associated with Union Programs & Services facilities, including Scripps Cottage, check the boxes next to Aztec Student Union – Event & Meeting Spaces and/or Aztec Student Union – Tabling Spaces and then click “Update Locations.”

To ensure you are viewing meeting and event spaces reserved through Union Programs & Services, on the next page please do the following:
1 On the following page please fill out your User Id and Password. Your User Id will be the complete email address that you submitted when requesting your on-line account.2 If you do not have an Union Programs & Services on-line account, please click “Create An Account.”
3 Once you have logged in you are on the Virtual EMS Main Page. You can browse for space, review facility features and specifications, and browse the daily schedule.
4 When you are ready to submit an on-line reservation request, select “Book Now” based upon your SDSU affiliation if you have multiple accounts.
5 If you are having issues navigating the reservation submission page, click on the Question Mark (?) in the top right corner to access to the Virtual EMS User’s Manual or contact Union Programs & Services at 619-594-5278.

To ensure you are viewing meeting and event spaces reserved through Union Programs & Services, on the next page please do the following:
1 On the following page please fill out all required information. Only current principal members of SDSU recognized Student Organizations or full time employees with SDSU University will be eligible for Online Accounts. Off Campus account requests are prohibited.2 Once you have completed the form, click “Create An Account.”
3 Representatives from Union Programs & Services will review your information and will formally activate your account. You will receive an official email when your account is active.
4 Please note that an active accounts IS NOT required to browse the event calendar, review the facility features, or browse the schedule.
5 An active account IS REQUIRED to submit Online reservation requests.
