Updated April 1, 2022: Viejas Arena follows all current California Department of Public Health, San Diego County, as well as San Diego State University guidelines for indoor mega events. It is strongly recommended attendees be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to attending an Indoor Mega Event. For event specific health verification details please click on the event you plan on attending. Remember, if you're not feeling well please stay home!
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitization
Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before and after each show all high touch areas, including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms and merchandise stands will be sanitized.
Stay Home If You Are Sick
If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea. If you are currently under an order to isolate or quarantine, please stay home.
Due to the health and safety of our staff, we will no longer be offering property check in at our shows. Please review our list of prohibited items prior to arriving at the venue.
To expedite your entry into the venue we recommend no bags. As of November 1st, 2022 if you must bring a bag it must be a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bag, this is to reduce staff contact with guests belongings. Please see our bag policy under our A-Z guide on allowable bag size as it has changed.
Please be respectful of your fellow fans and their personal space during your time with us.
