Financial Affairs Committee Meetings
Until further notice, the Financial Affairs Committee will meet, in the Council Chambers, Aztec Student Union, on Mondays at 11am on an established schedule when classes are in session. See Schedule below. (The Board does not meet for Action items each week)
2022-23 Financial Affairs Meeting Schedule
- August: 29
- September: 5, 9, 12, 19, 26
- October: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
- November: 7, 14, 21, 28
- December: 5
- January: 23, 30
- February: 6, 13, 20, 27
- March: 6, 13, 20
- April: 3, 10, 17, 24
- May: 1
Submitting Items for Action
All items coming to the Financial Affairs Committee for consideration must be submitted to as.RSObanking@sdsu.edu by 4pm one week prior to the Financial Affairs Committee meeting.
Check Requests for Reimbursement
- Fall: All expenses incurred between August and December must be submitted for reimbursement by January 28, 2022.
- Spring: All expenses incurred between January and May must be submitted for reimbursement by May 28, 2022.
Budgets
- College Councils: Must schedule a 2021-22 budget review meeting with VP of Finance between March 1-12, 2021.
- Student Organizations: Must schedule a 2021-22 budget review meeting with VP of Finance between March 1-12, 2021.
