Changes to Impaction Criteria - Stefan Hyman, SDSU Associate Vice President of Enrollment
Stefa Hyman gave a presentation regarding the changes to impact criteria.

IX. REPORTS OF UNIVERSITY COUNCIL MEMBERS
- Ally Gallant, Vice President of University Affairs: The Your Voice Matters (YVM) push week is scheduled for 2/26-3/1. There will be a Your Voice Matters/Career Advantage career panel on Wednesday, 3/6 with prominent companies to network with. Dr. Bill Tong, Provost, is having members of the executive board and college council representatives attend the Dean’s meeting to talk about Career Advantage and what Deans are doing to promote careers. Judicial Affairs Council requirements for all council members will be due on 4/16. Ally is currently filming a day in the life video for the Associated Students social media.
- Tarek Morsy, President: No report
- Sam Lingao, Executive Vice President: The Career Advantage website is updated and will continue to be added to as events get created. 2/20 will be an alumni speaker series for Career Advantage that will transition into an SDSU basketball watch party. The Aztec Achievement Awards will be in April this year, applications for awards will open 2/12. All boards, committee, and council members should check their email about reserving a Greenfest ticket. Searching for a designee to serve on the “One SDSU College Committee”.
- Melvin Ridley III, Vice President of External Relations: Vote-a-Palooza event will be on 2/15. Looking to schedule tabling opportunities focused on the importance of registering to vote. Preparing for the California Higher Education Student Summit in Sacramento. Assisting the Student Diversity Commission with the resolution process.
- Leo Pena, Vice President of Financial Affairs: Working to increase the amount of money recognized student organizations can request for travel funding. This week’s Thursday’s-Together will be Chick-Fil-A at 12 p.m.
- Christina Brown, Executive Director: Introduced Raquel Herriott, the newest Associate Director of Marketing and Communications. Stressed the importance of the resolution and its process.
- Sam Ramtin, Government Affairs Coordinator: No report.
- Palni Bhatt, ASBOD Student-At-Large: No report.
- Derrick Herrera, ASBOD Student-At-Large: No report.
- Alex Inglis, ASBOD Student-At-Large: No report.
- College of Arts and Letters: Planning to table at Explore SDSU. Hoping to gain a third representative when the application closes. The VP of Finance is studying abroad and CAL council is looking for someone to be a replacement. Briefly introduced the resolution to the council.
- College of Business: Held a successful tabling event on the Campanile Walkway. Planning multiple events for Spring semester.
- College of Education: No report.
- College of Engineering: No report.
- College of Health and Human Services: No report.
- College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts: The PSFA showcase event will be on 3/27 and a career fair will be on 3/13. The College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts Council is gaining a new representative. Looking to petition the Financial Affairs Committee for funding for events. Looking to promote DanceMarathon.
- College of Sciences: Planning a Spring tabling exposition to promote the College of Sciences recognized student organizations. Looking for two VP positions within the college council. All College of Sciences recognized student organizations will be present at Explore SDSU.
- Graduate Student Association: No report.
- Undeclared College Council: No report.
X. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Sam Lingao announced that the GreenFest artist will be announced on 2/19.
