Chief Justice Scarlett Walker called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

JAC Roles Updates

Requirements - Final deadline is 11/14 for all three requirements. Andrea reviewed which Council members have not submitted any requirements at all. Scarlett reminded the Justices to let their buddies know, especially those who did not submit one requirement yet.

B. Buddy Updates
a. Olivia Van Winkle - Texted all the buddies. Will be meeting with Andy Lopez. Will text them all today.
b. Grace Cho - Sent an email to her buddies.
c. Frances Treptow - Will email her buddies this week reminding them about the deadline.
d. Andrea Alaniz - Reached out to her buddies.
C. University Senate Committee Update
a. Student Grievance Committee (Scarlett & Andrea) - Meeting today.
b. Campus Development Committee (Andrea) - They will be meeting next week as this week got cancelled.
c. Deferred Maintenance Advisory Committee (DMAC) (Andrea) - Met Eric Hansen with Marco Loza

VIII. INFORMATION

Presentations - Proposed Amendments to the A.S. Student Bill of Rights, Bylaws, Policy and Procedures, and Board Charters (Information) Graduate Student Association (Time Certain 8:15 a.m.)
Postponed until next week.

B. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP)
A.S. Leaders should have registered for their classes. Communication will be sent to A.S. Leaders as a reminder about ISPs.
