Chief Justice Victor Plunkett called the meeting to order at 11:07 a.m. (PT).

VI. CHAIR'S REPORT
- University House End of the Semester Event is on November 28. The end of semester event for A.S. Leaders will be on Wednesday, December 6 at BJ’s in La Mesa.

- Casey provided updates regarding her buddies.

- Attendance - Izaiah reviewed the attendance.
- Requirement Review Summary (Jacob & Aliza)
Jacob and Aliza reviewed the requirements update from every Council. For those Council members who have not completed their requirements, the Justices will reach out to their buddies.

Apportionment of College Seats - Spring 2024
Janice reviewed the apportionment of college seats for the upcoming A.S. Elections 2024. College seats are set based on enrollment per college. For every 1,500 students registered in the college, there is one representative on the A.S. University Council. All college seats remained the same last year, except for the College of PSFA which increased from 3 to 4 representatives.
It was moved and seconded to approve the apportionment of college seats for spring 2024 elections, as attached.

- Toby announced that applications for the California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS) are available and due on 11/28 at 11:59 p.m. Come represent SDSU in Sacramento!
