I. CALL TO ORDER
Chief Justice Jordan Valdez called the meeting to order at 11:17 a.m. (PT).
II. ROLL CALL

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

V. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

A.S. Leader Requirement Hearings (Action)
According to the Article I of the Student Bill of Rights and Bylaws of Associated Students SDSU, Sections 46, 52, 60 and 68 states that the A.S. leaders have to fulfill three semesterly requirements to include one hour of A.S. tabling, attending an RSO event or meeting that they are not a member of, and attending a cultural event they are not a member of.
The deadline to submit these requirements was on April 12 at 11:59 p.m. and the leaders had the semester to fulfill their requirements. The deadline was extended to April 19 at 11:59 p.m.
Six A.S. leaders did not submit any of the requirements and were notified via email on April 24 at 4:27 p.m. to attend a special hearing on Thursday, April 27, at 11:00 a.m. in the State Suite. These members also did not show up to the hearing, nor communicate anything related to the requirement.
It was moved and seconded to withhold the end of the year gift to six A.S. leaders due to not fulfilling their requirements nor communicating to the Judicial Affairs Council.
