I. CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Jordan Valdez called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m. (PT).

II. ROLL CALL

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes of 3/3/23.

VI. CHAIR'S REPORT:  

Jordan reminded everyone that open campaigning starts today.  As a reminder, all members must be publicly neutral.  

VII. MEMBERS REPORT

  1. Derrick worked with Justice regarding her two REAFs.
  2. Rebecca reported on two Special Elections Committee meetings this week and reached out to Tyler Hollander regarding a REAF.  

VIII. INFORMATION 

  1. Attendance:  The attendance was reviewed by Jordan.  Justices will reach out to some of the members who have been missing meetings.

IX. ACTION 

  1. Approval of Ballot Order - Spring 2023
    It was moved and seconded to approve the Ballot Order for Spring 2023.

  1. GreenFest will be announcing their artist on Monday via Instagram.
  2. Apply for Aztec Achievement Awards.
  3. Fighting Antisemitism Mega Event is this weekend at the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre - please attend! Tickets are free.
