Chief Justice Jordan Valdez called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m. (PT).

1. Attendance:  The attendance was reviewed.
2. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP) Update:  Jordan gave an update on the open ISP requests.

1. Proposed Amendments to the A.S. Elections Code
   It was moved and seconded to approve the proposed amendments to the A.S. Elections Code.
