Chief Justice Grace de Vega called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. (PT).

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda with the addition of the College of Sciences Student Council and the College of Arts & Letters Student Council bylaw amendments review as Information.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT

A. Tonight is the mixer for A.S. incoming and outgoing leaders at Oggi’s from 5-7 p.m.
B. The A.S. All Council meeting is at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4.  It is the last meeting of the 2021/22 A.S. leaders.

VIII. INFORMATION

A. College of Sciences Student Council and College of Arts and Letters Student Council Bylaw Amendments Review
Per the A.S. Board of Directors meeting on Monday, April 25, it was recommended that the A.S. Judicial Affairs Council re-review their proposed amendments due to pertinent updates on the CSSC bylaws that were made aware of at the ASBOD meeting and to review the qualifications to apply for the Council President position.  The bylaw amendments will be approved at the Special JAC meeting on Monday at 12:30 p.m. 

B. Attendance - Lin reviewed the attendance.

C. Hearing for Those Who Did Not Submit Council Member Requirements (per the Student Bill of Rights and Bylaws of the Associated Students, San Diego State University - Section 46 - ASBOD Member Duties, Section 52 ASUC Member Responsibilities and Section 60 ASCLC Member Responsibilities - NONE

D. Discussion on Transition - Postponed until the next regular meeting.

It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations for 4/27/22.

Good luck to Grace as she competes against other CSUs as she presents her project from the SDSU Research Symposium on April 30 at 9 a.m.
