I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Grace de Vega called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. (PT).

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous JAC meeting minutes.

VI.  CHAIR'S REPORT

  1. There was a Special Elections Committee meeting this morning to conduct and approve the ballot order for the six elected vacancy positions.
  2. Provided a mask wearing update at A.S. meetings and for the A.S. office.
  3. Asked for feedback from Justices regarding requirements and the newsletter.

VIII.  INFORMATION

  1. Attendance - Lin reviewed the attendance.
  2. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISPs)
    Grace reviewed an ISP response from Stephen Jackson.

IX.  ACTION

  1. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISPs)
    It was moved and seconded to approve Stephen’s ISP to include attending the first 20 minutes of CLC, and attending Community Service Commission, Recreation and Wellness and Green Love Commission to see which one he can attend consistently to assist.
