I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Grace de Vega called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. (PT).

VI.  CHAIR'S REPORT

  1. Had the Vacancy Ad-Committee meetings last week.  Elections Coordinator, Justice, and Student Diversity Commissioner and Commissioner Representative positions are filled.  College of Health and Human Services Representatives and College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts Representative will be filled soon.

  1.  Attendance - Lin reviewed the attendance sheet.

     

  2. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP) Update
    Grace reviewed an ISP from Orlando from A.S. Recreation and Wellness Commission.

IX.  ACTION

  1. Newsletter Approval for Requirements
    It was moved and seconded to approve the newsletter in order for the A.S. leaders to send out.

    It was moved and seconded to set and approve the spring 2022 bylaw amendments to March 22, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.

    It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo of 2/2/22.

X.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Save the date for an important All Council on February 16 to receive more information about the Accelerating Tech and Sustainability (ATS) student fee.
  2. California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS) applications are available to be a delegate for San Diego State University in Sacramento and are due on 2/6.
  3. Elected and appointed positions for A.S. are available.
