I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Grace de Vega called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m. (PT).

II.  ROLL CALL

VI.  CHAIR'S REPORT

  1. Grace reported on the A.S. Elections Code update and approval from the A.S. Board of Directors.

VII.  MEMBER REPORT

  1. Trent reported on the requirement newsletter that he is working on.

VIII.  INFORMATION

  1. Attendance - The attendance will be reviewed next week.

     

  2. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP) Update
    There is not an update regarding ISPs for the spring 2022 semester. 

IX.  ACTION

  1. Duties and Requirements Deadline and Discussion for Spring 2022
    It was moved and seconded to establish the duties and requirements deadline for A.S. Leaders to Tuesday, 3/22 at 8:00 p.m. PT. 

    Zenas made a friendly amendment to change the deadline time to 11:59 p.m.  There were no objections.

  3. Requests for Excused Absences (REAFs) - None.

X.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Save the date for an important All Council on February 16 to receive more information about the Accelerating Tech and Sustainability (ATS) student fee.
  2. California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS) applications are available to be a delegate for San Diego State University in Sacramento and are due on 2/6.
  3. There is a Secretary of State event at the Union Theatre on 2/8 with Dr. Shirley Weber from 1-2:30 p.m.
  4. Elected and appointed positions for A.S. are available.
