I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Grace de Vega called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. (PT).

II.  ROLL CALL

  5. Visitors Present: None.

III.  APPROVAL OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

IV.  APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was moved and seconded to approve the 11/12 and 11/19 JAC minutes.

V.  PUBLIC COMMENT: None.

VI.  CHAIR'S REPORT

  1. The first JAC meeting of the spring semester is on Wed. 1/19 at noon in the Visionary Suite.  
  2. The Aztecs Rock Hunger (ARH) announcement is this coming Monday, 12/6 at 10 a.m. in the Union Courtyard.  
  3. There is an All Council meeting on Wednesday, 12/8, at 3:30 p.m. and then an end of semester celebration off campus from 5-6:30 p.m.  
  4. Attended the A.S. Board of Directors meeting this past Monday and presented on the bylaw amendments.  They will be acted on at the 12/6 meeting.

VIII.  INFORMATION

  1. Attendance
    Lindsey reviewed the attendance.  
  2. Requirements Update
    Trent reviewed the requirements update.
  3. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP) Update
    Grace provided information based on updates received from those Council members granted an ISP this semester.

  1. Appointments and Resignations
    It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo.

    1. It was moved and seconded to approve Nina’s REAF for missing 12/1 CLC.

X.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. The SDSU Wind Symphony is performing on Saturday 12/4 at United Methodist and on 12/5 at 1 p.m. in Montezuma Hall.
