I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Grace de Vega called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. (PDT).

II.  ROLL CALL

III.  APPROVAL OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of 10/29/21.

VI.  CHAIR'S REPORT

  1. The Elections Coordinator search is still open and will be posted either today or tomorrow.
  2. Jasmyne Robinson has resigned from the Justice position.  We will look to fill the position in the spring.

VIII.  INFORMATION

  1. Attendance
    Grace reviewed the attendance.
  2. Requirements Overview
    Trent reviewed the requirement statuses of all A.S. leaders after the October 22 deadline.  The Justices are asked to reach out to their buddies for follow-up for those who did not submit their requirements.
  3. Proposed Amendments to the A.S. Bylaws, Codes, and Charters

  1. Appointments and Resignations
    It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo for 11/5/21 with the addition of the resignation of Jasmyne Robinson.

    1. It was moved and seconded to approve Lindsey’s REAF for missing ASJAC on 11/5/21.

X.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Judicial Affairs Council in the spring will be on Wednesdays at noon.  Location is to be determined.
  2. Donate to Aztecs Rock Hunger! The Aztecs Rock Hunger 5K run is on Saturday, November 13.
