Cheif Justice Diego Ramirez called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m. (PDT).

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Diego reported that there are two scheduling conflicts with A.S. leaders. He will communicate with them and provide an update at the next meeting.
VII. MEMBER REPORTS:
A. Guan shared proposed guidelines to the Elections Code for the spring semester that will be further discussed at the Elections Committee.
B. Janice reminded that next Friday, 2/12 is a Rest & Recovery Day. The next JAC meeting is on Friday, 2/19.
