Diego informed everyone that an email will be going out regarding duties.

VII.  MEMBER REPORTS

Jennifer informed members that Chloe Foreman, A.S. College of
Education Representative, has not attended any meetings and has not responded to any outreach. Next step is to hold a hearing. Jennifer agreed to phone Chloe to confirm that she is okay before scheduling a hearing.

VIII.  INFORMATION

  1. Attendance: Grace and Trent reviewed A.S. leaders’ attendance with JAC.

IX.  ACTION

  1. Proposed Bylaw Amendment Submission Deadline: It was moved and seconded to set the proposed bylaw amendment submission deadline this semester as October 16, 2020.
