I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Diego Ramirez called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. (PDT).

II.  ROLL CALL

  2. Voting Members Absent: None.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.
  5. Visitors Present: None.

III.  APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

VI.  CHAIR'S REPORT

Diego reported that the outreach deadline is extended through 9/25 and
there will be an email to members explaining this.

VII.  MEMBER REPORTS

Darren suggested that A.S. host a town hall with administration regarding the current situation and invite students to attend.

VIII.  INFORMATION: None.

IX.  ACTION

  1. Individual Substitution Plan Requests:
    1. Michelle Halverson was asked by A.S. Graduate Student Association to continue serving as their representative until a new G.S.A. President is selected.
    2. Alyssa Sandford withdrew her request because her class is no longer a conflict with the A.S. University Council meeting. It was moved and seconded to postpone this item indefinitely.
