I. CALL TO ORDER
Chief Justice Diego Ramirez called the meeting to order at 8:05 am.

- Voting Members Absent: None.
- Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
- Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.
- Visitors Present: None.
III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

Diego welcomed everyone and looks forward to the semester ahead.
VII. MEMBER REPORTS: None.
VIII. INFORMATION
- Icebreaker: everyone participated in an icebreaker.
- JAC Roles and Assignments: Diego explained the different roles on JAC including Awards committee, Elections committee, duties, attendance and Individual Substitution Plans. He asked members to consider what they are interested in.
- Weekly: Attendance, Appointments and Requests for Excused Absences: Diego explained what these three items are and how they are covered each week in JAC.
- Individual Substitution Plan Updates: Diego explained what ISPs are and that two A.S. leaders may be requesting them. If they do, they will be at next week’s meeting.
IX. ACTION
- Appointments and Resignations: It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo, as attached.
