I.  CALL TO ORDER

A.S. President, Christian Onwuka, called the meeting to order at 3:35 PM.

III.  APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

V.  ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

  1. End of Year Reflections (Information): All members shared their reflections on the year.
  2. Swearing-in of the 2020-2021 A.S. President by University President Adela de la Torre (time certain 5:15 pm): University President, Adela de la Torre,shared reflections on the past year, thanked the outgoing A.S. leaders for their service and  swore-in Christian Holt as the A.S. President and congratulated him.
  3. Swearing-in of the 2020-2021 A.S. Vice Presidents: A.S. President, Christian Holt, swore-in the 2020-2021 A.S Vice Presidents.
  4. Swearing-in of the Students-at-Large of the 2020-2021 A.S. Board of Directors: A.S. Vice President of Financial Affairs, Victor Penera, swore-in the 2020-2021 A.S. Board of Directors Students-at-Large.

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 5:58 pm.
