I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Christopher Lee called the meeting to order at 8:03 am.

II.  ROLL CALL

    1. Voting Members Present: Christopher Lee, Diego Ramirez, Katrina Mogannam, Mackenzie Miller, Tiana Loving, Margot Ermer.

       

    2. Voting Members Absent: Margot None.

       

    3. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.

       

    4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.

       

    5. Visitors Present: Guest user 6791.

III.  MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

IV.  APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes, as attached.

VI.  CHAIR'S REPORT: 

Chris reminded the members that there will be a JAC meeting on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 10AM to approve all the appointments for 20/21 A.S. leadership that will go to the A.S. Board of Directors later that day. 

VII.  INFORMATION

    1. Attendance: The Council reviewed the attendance charts. 

       

    2. Transition: The members will create documents with helpful tips and forms to be used in the future by May 22 to pass on to the 20/21 Judicial Affairs Council.  

VIII.  ACTION

    1. Appointments and Resignations: It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments memo, as attached.

    2. Requests for Excused Absences: 

      1.  It was moved and seconded to approve Margot Ermer’s request for an excused absence for the April 16, 2020, Judicial Affairs Council meeting.

IX.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

Diego asked members to share and recommend healthdat.org to get resources for services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
