I. CALL TO ORDER
Chief Justice Christopher Lee called the meeting to order at 4:10 pm in the State Suite at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Voting Members Present: Christopher Lee, Margot Ermer (late), Maryana Khames (FaceTime), Mackenzie Miller, Diego Ramirez, Katrina Mogannam, Tiana Loving (late).
- Voting Members Absent: None.
- Non-Voting Members Present: Janice Dils (for Jennifer Esquivel-Parker).
- Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.
- Visitors Present: Ashley Tejada, Alex Mann.
III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA:
It was moved and seconded to add a time certain of 4:12pm to Ashley Tejada for a hearing, and to move information item Bylaw Amendments to Action.

The agenda was approved as amended.
IV. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:
It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes of 11/4/19 and from the Special Meeting on 11/18/19 (9am), as attached.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Chris Lee reported on the following:
- Had previously asked members to review the bylaw amendments in preparation for Action at this meeting.
- Wished everyone a happy first day of the week.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Mackenzie and Margot reviewed the attendance charts.
- Bylaw Amendments: moved to VIII. Action.
- Deadlines for requirements: Diego informed the members regarding council member requirements statuses, including study abroad. After discussion, the following will be called in for a hearing on December 2:

- Joshua Purificacion
- Stephen Jackson
- David Gamble
- Courtney Ransom
- Stephanie Estrada
- Connor Curley
- Sara Jimenez
VIII. ACTION
- Council Member Hearings: It was moved and seconded to assign one reprimand to Ashley Tejada for not completing the requirements and to assign a deadline of November 26th by 4:00 pm to complete the cultural requirement.
ERMER/LOVING CARRIED - Bylaw Amendments: The Council reviewed the three proposed bylaw amendments:
- #BA-F19-01: College of Health and Human Services College Council
- #BA-F19-02: College of Education Student Council
- #BA-F19-03: College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts
It was moved and seconded to approve the above proposed amendments.
KHAMES/MILLER CARRIED
- Selection of JAC Member of Appointments and Review Committee:
It was moved and seconded to approve Margot to be nominated to the Appointments and Review Committee.
KHAMES/MOGANNAM CARRIED - Requests for Excused Absences:
- It was moved and seconded to approve Lindsey Busk’s request for an excused absence on 10/2/19 and 10/9/19.
MOGANNAM/ERMER CARRIED - It was moved and seconded to approve Vicky Evan’s request for an excused absence on 9/25/19.
LOVING/MILLER CARRIED - It was moved and seconded to approve Ashley Tejada’s request for an excused absence on 9/25/19.
ERMER/LOVING CARRIED - It was moved and seconded to approve Cassie Weinberg’s request for an excused absence on 10/2/19.
