I. CALL TO ORDER
Chief Justice Christopher Lee called the meeting to order at 9:04 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Non-Voting Members Absent: None.
- Visitors Present: Alex Mann.
III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes, as attached.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
- Chris Lee reported on the following:
- Aztecs Rock Hunger (ARH) is happening now.
- Gave an update on Fnu Mumtaz’s Outreach Requirement and will be calling him into next week’s meeting.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: The committee reviewed the attendance charts. Mackenzie and Margot will be reaching out to Campus Life Council members who missed last week’s meeting or arrived late, or left early.
VIII. ACTION
- Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP) Requests: Chris Lee will be contacting Vicky Evans for additional details on her ISP request.
- Appointments and Resignations: It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo, as attached.

MOGANNAM/KHAMES CARRIED, (6-0-0) - It was moved and seconded to approve Kiana Charles request for an excused absence on 9/4/19.
RAMIREZ/ERMER CARRIED, (6-0-0) - It was moved and seconded to indefinitely table Aidan Winter’s request for an excused absence on 8/4/19.
MOGANNAM/MILLER CARRIED, (6-0-0) - It was moved and seconded to approve Antonio Marquez Camacho’s request for an excused absence on 9/3/19.
KHAMES/ERMER CARRIED, (6-0-0) - It was moved and seconded to indefinitely table Jayden Mattson’s request for an excused absence for 9/4/19.

- Deadlines for requirements: It was moved and seconded to approve the deadline for study abroad application review to be 11/8/19 and the deadline for attending a cultural event and attending another organizations meeting to 11/1/19.
KHAMES/MOGANNAM CARRIED, (6-0-0) - Deadlines for charter revisions: It was moved and seconded to approve the deadline for charter revisions to be 11/8/19.
ERMER/LOVING CARRIED, (6-0-0) - Changing regular meeting time: It was moved and seconded to approve Judicial Affairs Council’s meetings for the remainder of the fall semester to be Mondays at 4:00 pm in the State Suite.
