I. CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Christopher Lee called the meeting to order at 9:04 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

  2. Voting Members Absent: None.

  5. Visitors Present: Alex Mann.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT

  1. Chris Lee reported on the following:
    1. Aztecs Rock Hunger (ARH) is happening now.
    2. Gave an update on Fnu Mumtaz’s Outreach Requirement and will be calling him into next week’s meeting.

VII. INFORMATION

  1. Attendance: The committee reviewed the attendance charts. Mackenzie and Margot will be reaching out to Campus Life Council members who missed last week’s meeting or arrived late, or left early.

  1. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP) Requests: Chris Lee will be contacting Vicky Evans for additional details on her ISP request.
  2. Appointments and Resignations: It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo, as attached.

  6. Changing regular meeting time: It was moved and seconded to approve Judicial Affairs Council’s meetings for the remainder of the fall semester to be Mondays at 4:00 pm in the State Suite.
