I. CALL TO ORDER

Justice Chris Lee called the meeting to order at 9:17 am in State Suite at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

  1. Voting Members Present: Angelica Espinoza (late), Christopher Lee, Josephine Chu (FaceTime), Ubaldo Martinez,Tiana Loving.
  2. Voting Members Absent: Katrina Mogannam, Kaila Cooper.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Dr. Lee Mintz, Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: None.
  5. Visitors Present: Margot Ermer.

III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA:

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

Angie encouraged members to apply for appointed positions.

VII. VICE CHAIR REPORT:

Vice Chair Chris reminded members that appointed applications are due this Thursday, April 18 at 4 pm.

  1. Attendance: Postponed until next meeting.
  2. Proposed Bylaw and Charter Amendments: JAC reviewed the proposed amendments.
  3. Reprimands Status: No updates.
