SPECIAL MEETING

I. CALL TO ORDER

Justice Chris Lee called the meeting to order at 9:04 am in State Suite at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

  1. Voting Members Present: Christopher Lee, Kaila Cooper, Josephine Chu, Katrina Mogannam (late), Tiana Loving.
  2. Voting Members Absent: Angelica Espinoza, Ubaldo Martinez.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.
  5. Visitors Present: Kinley Williams.

III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA:

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

IV. PUBLIC COMMENT:

None.

V. INFORMATION:

None.

VI. ACTION:

A. Certification of the Spring 2019 AS Elections Results: Tiana and Kaila reviewed the minutes and explained that Elections Committee is recommending that Elections results be certified.

It was moved and seconded to approve the Spring 2019 AS Elections Results, as attached.

      It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:24 am.
