I.  CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Angie Espinoza called the meeting to order at 9:04 am in State Suite at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

VI.  CHAIR’S REPORT

Angie encouraged members to nominate for Aztec Achievement Awards. Campaigning begins on March 15 at 4:30 pm. There will be a special JAC meeting to approve Elections results on April 10 at 9 am.

VII.  VICE CHAIR REPORT

Vice Chair Chris reminded everyone that all A.S. meetings shall abide by Robert’s Rules.

VIII.  INFORMATION

  1. Attendance: Chris reviewed attendance.
  2. Elections Update: Tiana reviewed and stated that they picked the ballot order.
  3. Update on Tabling Duties: Jo notified people who did not complete their tabling duties for hearing next week.
  4. Last Chance Alternatives Moving Forward: None.
