I. CALL TO ORDER
Chriss Lee called the meeting to order at 9:09 am in State Suite at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Voting Members Absent: Tiana Loving.

III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda with modification.

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes, as attached.

- Kaila Cooper and Lee Mintz gave an update on Title IX regarding the proposed federal and CSU changes to Title IX.
VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie thanked everyone for finishing their tabling requirements by the deadline.
VII. VICE CHAIR REPORT
Vice Chair Chris encouraged members to invite someone they do not know to their other duties. Elections applications are due this Thursday at 4 pm. The official colors of A.S. are scarlet and black.

- Attendance: Katrina and Chris gave an update on all the students they reached out to.
- Update on Vacant Positions: Jen gave an update on vacant positions.
- Elections Update: None.
IX. ACTION
A. Last Chance Alternative Requests:
1. It was moved and seconded to approve Stephanie Estrada’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached. She will complete one hour at the URA on visiting with students.

2. It was moved and seconded to approve Saba Abri’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached. She will check in with Mia and go to the College of Sciences Recognized Student Organizations (RSO).

3. It was moved and seconded to approve Chloe Bycoskie’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached. She will attend college council meetings and check in with Ronnie.

4. It was moved and seconded to Sam Emami’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached. He will check in with Luke.
MARTINEZ/ESPINOZA CARRIED, (5-0-0)
5. It was moved and seconded to Cedric Hoskin’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached. He will publicize office hours and meet with Ronne, and attend College of Health and Human Services RSO’s.

6. It was moved and seconded to table indefinitely Sabrina Sessarego’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached.

7. It was moved and seconded to Decemeegan Togatorop’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached. She will communicate with Ronnie.

8. It was moved and seconded to Chloe Sabio’s Last Chance Alternative, as attached. She will check in and go to boards and commissions meetings. She will also serve on the Mental Health Week leadership team.
