I.  CALL TO ORDER

Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 8:25 pm in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

  1. Voting Members Present: Angelica Espinoza, Christopher Lee, Josephine Chu, Kaila Cooper (FaceTime), Katrina Mogannam (Call-in).
  2. Voting Members Absent: Tiana Loving, Ubaldo Martinez.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: None.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Lee Mintz, Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  5. Visitors Present: Erick Ramirez. 

III.  MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

  1. 2019 Elections: Overall, the timeline and Elections Code was discussed.
