I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:57 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie congratulated the council! We won the Aztec Rock Hunger Council Competition. Good Work JAC! Vice Chair reported on Bylaw Section 66 K. Judicial Affairs Council oversees Elections Committee and Awards Committee. Jen will give an update on Elections Committee Vacancies next Week.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: No updates.
- Update on Vacant Positions:
- Angie will send a reminder to all A.S. leaders to let her know if they will not be here next semester to let Angie know by Tuesday at 4 pm.
- The ASUB vacancy has been posted. The deadline is December 3.
- The Elections Coordinator applicants will be notified today.
- Bylaw Amendment Updates: Discussed bylaw amendments. Goal is to share Elections Code with the Elections Coordinator this week.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for excused absence from Lane Yazzie for missing Campus Life Council on 10/31/18.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for excused absence from Ashley Tejada for missing Campus Life Council on 10/31/18. Angie will be reaching out to Ashley.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for excused absence from Latrel Powell for missing Board of Directors on 11/5/18.

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Tianna gave her first Ambassador tours!
- Please complete the 360 surveys.
- There will be an University House event on November 29 from 3:30-5 pm and SDCelebration from 5-8 pm on November 29 in the Courtyard.
