I.  CALL TO ORDER

Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:48 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II.   ROLL CALL

  1. Voting Members Present: Angelica Espinoza, Christopher Lee, Josephine Chu, Kaila Cooper, Tiana Loving, Katrina Mogannam, Ubaldo Martinez.
  2. Voting Members Absent: None.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Dr. Lee Mintz, Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: None.
  5. Visitors Present: None.

III.  MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

IV.  APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

VI.  CHAIR’S REPORT

Angie encouraged members to get out and vote.

VII.  INFORMATION

  1. Attendance: Chris reached out to Warsan Artan and Lane Yazzie.
  2. Update on Vacant Positions: There will be interviews today for Elections Coordinator.
  3. Bylaw Amendment Updates: Reviewed bylaw amendments.

VIII.  ACTION                       

A.     Requests for Excused Absences: Postponed to next week.

B.     Appointments:

It was moved and seconded to approve the Appointments and Resignations.
