I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:48 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

Angie encouraged members to get out and vote.

- Attendance: Chris reached out to Warsan Artan and Lane Yazzie.
- Update on Vacant Positions: There will be interviews today for Elections Coordinator.
- Bylaw Amendment Updates: Reviewed bylaw amendments.
VIII. ACTION
A. Requests for Excused Absences: Postponed to next week.
B. Appointments:
It was moved and seconded to approve the Appointments and Resignations.
