I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:48 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.
COOPER/LOVING
There was a friendly amendment to move Appointments to the 1st Action Item. There were no objections.
The agenda was approved as amended. CARRIED, (5-0-0)
IV. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

V. PUBLIC COMMENT

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie took a moment of silence in honor of victims of the Pittsburg shooting. She also stated we will stand in solidarity with trans folks. She gave an update on the “Rock the Vote” events this week.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Katrina and Chris gave an update on attendance. Angie will follow up with Ronnie. Chris and Katrina will contact Lane, Michael, and Warsan regarding their attendance.
- Update on Vacant Positions: None.
- Bylaw Amendment Updates: Postponed to next week.
VIII. ACTION
A. Appointments and Resignations:
It was moved and seconded to approve the Appointments and Resignations, as attached, and add Ubaldo Martinez as the newest Justice.
There were no objections. The memo was approved as amended.

It was moved and seconded to approve the Vice Chair results. Chris Lee is the Vice Chair.

It was moved and seconded to approve Josephine Chu, Tiana Loving, Katrina Mogannam, and Kaila Cooper with leadership roles for the “Know Your Rights” campaign and Ubaldo Martinez and Chris Lee for the “Love Your Heart” campaign.
