I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:48 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Visitors Present: None.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie went to California State Student Association (CSSA) meeting this weekend. It was an amazing opportunity. She encouraged everyone to attend a future meeting. Aztecs Rock Hunger (ARH) is done and she encouraged JAC to plan on attending the announcement on November 15 at 11 am in the student union. Please fill out doodle forms so we can meet about bylaws.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Chris Lee followed up with Chris Thomas and Christian Onwuka regarding their leaving early and they explained that went to Aztecs Rock Hunger walkarounds.
- Update on Vacant Positions: Interviewed lots of great candidates and will notify them this week.
- Overall Updates: Next week election for Vice Chair and other JAC leadership positions.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Chris Thomas for leaving University Council early on 10/10/18.
