I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:47 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Voting Members Absent: None.
- Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
- Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.
- Visitors Present: Maricruz Carrillo, Brandon Khamenian, Michael Wiafe.
III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

There was a friendly amendment to add an Extension on Postings as an action item. There were no objections.
The agenda was approved as amended. CARRIED, (5-0-0)
IV. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie reported that Aztecs Rock Hunger started on Friday. JAC should win again!
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Katrina reported that Vecky said it was a one-time thing. She submitted a request for excused absence.
- Update on Postings: There were ten applications for Justice and two for Elections Coordinator.
VIII. ACTION
A. Last Chance Alternatives
It was moved and seconded to approve Luke Fishman’s Last Chance Alternative Request, as attached, to consist of him visiting commissions or helping A.S. initiatives. He missed the four hours of meetings so he must complete four hours of make-up by 10/31/18 for Campus Life Council Meetings.

It was moved and seconded to approve Crystal Sanchez’s Last Chance Alternative Request, as attached. It will be due before University Council meetings at 3 pm.

E. Tabling Duties Late Submissions:
It was moved and seconded to assign Maricruz Carrillo one hour of tabling by October 15 through a form. It can be Aztec Rock Hunger or Rock the Vote tabling.

It was moved and seconded to assign Brandon Khemanian two hours of tabling by October 15 through a form. It can be Aztec Rock Hunger or Rock the Vote tabling.
