I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:53 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Voting Members Absent: None.
- Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker, Dr. Lee Mintz.
- Non-Voting Members Absent: None.
- Visitors Present: Jada Johnson, Ronnie Cravens, Noah Siegal, Dalton Daggs.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Kaila reported that California State Student Association (CSSA) can get work done systemically across the CSU and Michael can share knowledge with other schools regarding the Food Pantry.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Katrina and Chris gave an update on the attendance. Justin Venckus was a one-time thing. Crystal Sanchez will turn in a Last Chance Alternative. Chloe Sabio turned in a form. Will need to reach out to Vecky Hernandez-Leon.
- Update on Postings: Gave an update on the Justice and Elections Coordinator postings which are due Friday, September 28 at 4 pm in the A.S. office.
VIII. ACTION
- Last Chance Alternatives:
It was moved and seconded to approve Meagan Harms’ Last Chance Alternative Request, as attached. Instead of what she proposed, she will simply review minutes and submit the form when it applies.

It was moved and seconded to approve Dalton Dagg’s Last Chance Alternative Request, as attached. He will also review with Ronnie or the other college representatives to talk about what was missed, instead of what he proposed.

It was moved and seconded to approve Jada Johnson’s late tabling submission and assign her an additional hour of tabling to be completed by October 8, 2018 by 4 pm through a form. It can be Aztec Rock Hunger or Rock the Vote tabling.

It was moved and seconded to approve Noah Siegal’s late tabling submission and assign him an additional two hours of tabling to be completed by October 8, 2018 by 4 pm through a form. It can be Aztec Rock Hunger or Rock the Vote tabling.

It was moved and seconded to approve Sabrina Sessarego’s late tabling submission and assign her an additional two hours of tabling to be completed by October 8, 2018 by 4 pm through a form. It can be Aztec Rock Hunger or Rock the Vote tabling.

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
- College Democrats will bring in candidates Aztlan on Wednesday at 5:30 pm.
- The Ruth Carter event will be from 5-7 pm in Montezuma Hall.

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:50 am.
