I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:50 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Visitors Present: Kehmani Booze.
III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

There was a friendly amendment to add Duties as Information Item B. There were no objections.

IV. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie reported that applications for Justice and Elections Coordinators have been posted. Applications will close on September 28.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Tomi will be filing a Last Chance Alternative. Trent now understands filing request for excused absences.
- Duties: Gave an update on the two late duties submitted. This will become an action item next week.
