I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:51 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie reported that Kyla and Julia have submitted Last Chance Alternative proposals this week and there will be more to come next week.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Chris Lee gave an update on Beck Svensson and Ezra Delbick’s request for excused absences. Katrina gave an update on Cedric Hoskins’ request for excused absence.

- Last Chance Alternatives:
It was moved and seconded to approve Kyla Blaylock’s Last Chance Alternative Request, as attached. She does not anticipate to miss Campus Life Council meetings, but if there are any meetings that are missed, she will meet with Nick Wohlman to review what she has missed.

It was moved and seconded to approve Julia Karzewski’s Last Chance Alternative Request, as attached, to include planning an event, more volunteer opportunities, and will meet with Matt Blutinger and Ronnie Cravens to get what she missed. Her LCA updates will be due on the day of the University Council meeting by 3 pm.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence Beck Svensson for missing A.S. Retreat on 8/21/18.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Matthew Blutinger for missing All Council Training on 8/29/18.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Jada Johnson for missing University Council on 8/29/18.

It was moved and seconded to table the request for an excused absence from Kaila Cooper indefinitely for arriving late to All Council Trainings.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Cassie Weinberg for missing the Campus Life Council on 9/3/18.

It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Maricruz Carillo for missing All Council Training and University Council on 9/12/18 and 9/19/18. She must meet with Ronnie to review what was missed.

Luke Fishman will come in with a LCA proposal next week. His request for excused absence will be tabled until his LCA proposal is addressed. The request for excused absence from Ezra Delbick will be tabled until next meeting. The request for excused absences from Connor Curley and Tomi Osinfolarin will be tabled until further context can be given. - Appointments and Resignations:
It was moved and seconded to approve the Appointments and Resignations for the A.S. Boards, Committees, and Commissions and the University Senate.
