I. CALL TO ORDER
Angelica Espinoza called the meeting to order at 7:53 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Angie reported that A.S. orientation will be this Wednesday at 3:30 pm. JAC will discuss key priority goals (KPG) next meeting. The next JAC meeting will be on September 10. The Board of Directors will be meeting today.
VII. INFORMATION
- Responsibilities and Expectations: Everyone should be mindful of their responsibilities and uphold their duties as a justice.
- Last Chance Alternative: Angie explained Last Chance Alternatives (LCAs). Six LCA requests are expected this semester.
- Parliamentary Procedures: Jen reviewed parliamentary procedures and the Gloria Romero Open Meeting Law.

The request for excused absence from Beck Svensson and Ezra Delbick was tabled until the next meeting to get further details. All other requests for excused absences were tabled for the following meeting due to time constraints.
