I. CALL TO ORDER

Cynthia Medina called the meeting to order at 8:22 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

  2. Voting Members Absent: None.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.
  5. Visitors Present: None.

III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

VII. INFORMATION

  1. Attendance: Angelica reported that University Council attendance is better than Campus Life Council.
  2. Russell Bylaw of the Week: Russell reviewed Article 4 Section 1.09A of the A.S. Bylaws.
  3. Bylaw Amendments: Jen will bring any received to the next JAC meeting.

    It was moved and seconded to approve Appointments and Resignations, as attached.

  5. Last Chance Alternative: Russell will reach out to Nicole regarding her attendance and her possibly needing to submit a Last Chance Alternative.    

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Russell gave an update on the Interfraternity (IFC) Social Moratorium.
  2. The candidates debates for the A.S. elections will take place Tuesday and Wednesday at 12-1 pm in the Courtyard.

X. ADJOURNMENT

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:38 am.
