I. CALL TO ORDER
Kimberly Alli called the meeting to order at 8:19 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Voting Members Absent: None.
- Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
- Non-Voting Members Absent: Dr. Lee Mintz.
- Visitors Present: Monica Deyski, Steven Plante.
III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda

IV. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

V. PUBLIC COMMENT

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT
Kim and the justices agreed that the justices can serve on the Referendum Leadership team with the exception of Erick and Cynthia, who serve on the Elections Committee.
VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance: Michael reviewed the attendance charts.
- Last Chance Alternatives: Kim sent out an email to council members regarding Last Chance Alternatives. She received a response from Harsh and will contact him to ensure that he is following the process.
- AS Elections: JAC will assist on recruiting members for the Elections Committee.

It was moved and seconded to approve Appointments and Resignations, as attached.

B. Requests for Excused Absences
It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Michael Glassman for missing University Council meeting on 1/24/18.

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:46 am.
