I. CALL TO ORDER

Kimberly Alli called the meeting to order at 8:00 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

2. Voting Members Absent: Angelica Espinoza.

5. Visitors Present: None

III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda, as amended.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT

Kim introduced Russell Parris to the Judicial Affairs Council. JAC will call in Chloe Mouw regarding not fulfilling her tabling requirement.

VII. INFORMATION

1. Attendance: Michael Reviewed the attendance charts.
2. Proposed Changes to the Bylaws, Codes and Charters: The Council discussed the college council charters.
3. Last Chance Alternative Updates: Postponed to next week.

VIII. ACTION

1. Appointments and Resignations: 
   It was moved and seconded to approve Appointments and Resignations, as attached.

2. Requests for Excused Absences:
   Postponed to next week. 

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Aztec Dance Marathon (ADM) will have a fundraiser at Chipotle and 50% will go to ADM.
