I. CALL TO ORDER
Kimberly Alli called the meeting to order at 7:49 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Voting Members Absent:

- Visitors Present: Omar Baza, Kevin Yabes.
III. MODIFICATIONS OF AGENDA
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda, as amended.

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

VII. INFORMATION
- Attendance:
- Michael and Angelica will coordinate with Aileen regarding their attendance reports.
VIII. Action
- Last Chance Alternative Request:
- Sabrina Laut: It was moved and seconded to approve Sabrina Laut’s Last Chance Alternative request proposal, as attached. In addition, Sabrina must attend the Student Diversity Commission meetings and meet with other Sustainability Organizations through October 31, and attend a Sustainability conference by November 17. Because her last class is October 29, her ability to vote will resume November 11. Her reports are due the Tuesday before Campus Life Council meetings.
RAMIREZ/MEDINA CARRIED, (5-0-0)
- Sabrina Laut: It was moved and seconded to approve Sabrina Laut’s Last Chance Alternative request proposal, as attached. In addition, Sabrina must attend the Student Diversity Commission meetings and meet with other Sustainability Organizations through October 31, and attend a Sustainability conference by November 17. Because her last class is October 29, her ability to vote will resume November 11. Her reports are due the Tuesday before Campus Life Council meetings.
- Recruitment Requirements: Postponed until next week.

- It was moved and seconded to approve Appointments and Resignations, as attached.
WIAFE/ESPINOZA CARRIED, (5-0-0) - Requests for Excused Absences: It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence Cynthia Medina for missing the A.S. Retreat from 8/20/17-8/22/17.
CARROL/ESPINOZA CARRIED, (4-0-1) - It was moved and seconded to approve following requests for excused absences:
