I. CALL TO ORDER

Jordan Maharaj called the meeting to order at 8:40 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

  1. Appointments and Resignations:
    It was moved and seconded to approve appointments and resignations. Resignations for Arnelle Sambile, Mustafa Alemi, Samantha Ledesma, Brie Hornig, Farris Nabulsi, Halima Eid, Gass Hersi, Asha Abdirahim, Ozair Purmul, Chloe Sension added based on verbal resignations submitted at the University Council special meeting April 19, 2017

    It was moved to amend Appointments and Resignations motion in order to separate Brie Hornig and Farris Nabulsi from the Appointments to a separate decision for their appointment to Board of Directors.

    It was moved to approve Brie Hornig and Farris Nabulsi to the Board of Directors.

    It was moved to amend the motion to table indefinitely to approve Brie Hornig and Farris Nabulsi to the Board of Directors.
