I. CALL TO ORDER

Jordan Maharaj called the meeting to order at 8:34 am in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes on 3/20/17 and 3/22/17, as attached.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT

  1. Hang out with Jordan because she’s graduating
  2. JAC Hangout Competition- 1 point for every picture posted in the Groupme of hanging out with another Justice at a non A.S. event or meeting.
  3. Requirements are due Wednesday, April 5th at 4pm.
  4. How to hold members accountable at the end of the year.

VII. INFORMATION

  1. Updated Bylaws, Codes and Charters: JAC is reviewing bylaw changes.
    1. BA S17-01 Student Diversity Commission Charter
    2. BA S17-02 University Council Representative Duties: JAC is working on editing the language.

  2. Student Leader Status: None.

    It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Kim Alli for missing the JAC meeting on 3/20/17.
