I. CALL TO ORDER
Jordan Maharaj called the meeting to order at 8:36 AM in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
II. ROLL CALL

- Voting Members Absent: None.
- Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
- Non-Voting Members Absent: Brie Hornig, Lee Mintz.
- Visitors Present: Mustafa Alemi, Curtis Copin, Imahn Moshksar, Chimezie Ebiriekwe.
III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA:
It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

There was an amendment to add Information Item C. Last Chance Alternatives. There were no objections.
The agenda was approved as amended.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT:
- Study abroad scholarships are due today!
- Jordan is working on revamping the Justice individual duties/roles for the next semester.
- Aztecs Rock Hunger raised 448,248lbs of food!
- Elections Coordinator interviews will be on Friday.
- Is working on making a recap of the year to be shown at All Council Training this Wednesday.
- Yielded to Mustafa to speak on the free ARC membership and priority registration.
VII. INFORMATION:
- Attendance: Nicolai reviewed the attendance reports.
- Proposed Changes to the Bylaws, Codes and Charters (Information): The proposed changes were reviewed.

VIII. ACTION:
- Mustafa Alemi Attendance Hearing (Time Certain 8:45am): It was moved and seconded to assign Mustafa Alemi an additional 2 cultural events and 2 hours of tabling to be completed by March 1 at 4pm.

It was moved and seconded to amend the motion to assign Mustafa Alemi an additional 1 cultural event and 1 hour of tabling to be completed by March 1 at 4pm.

The motion was approved as amended.

- Chimezie Ebiriekwe (Time Certain 8:50am):It was moved and seconded to assign Chimezie Ebiriekwe an additional 2 hours of tabling in addition to completing his incomplete fall duties aside from spring duties to be completed by March 1 at 4pm.

It was moved and seconded to amend the motion to assign Imahn Moshksar an additional 1 hour of tabling in addition to completing his incomplete fall duties aside from spring duties to be completed by March 1 at 4pm.

CARRIED, (5-0-0) - Appointments and Resignations: It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo, as attached.
MERCADO/GONZALEZ
There was an amendment to add Ellen Benecke as Elections Coordinator. There were no objections.
The appointments and resignations was approved as amended.
CARRIED, (5-0-0) - Requests for Excused Absences: It was moved and seconded to approve the request for an excused absence from Dustin Pina for missing the All Council Training meeting on 11/07/16.
