I. CALL TO ORDER

Jordan Maharaj called the meeting to order at 8:36 AM in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

  2. Voting Members Absent: None.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Brie Hornig, Lee Mintz.
  5. Visitors Present: Mustafa Alemi, Curtis Copin, Imahn Moshksar, Chimezie Ebiriekwe.

III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA:

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

The agenda was approved as amended.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT:

  1. Study abroad scholarships are due today!
  2. Jordan is working on revamping the Justice individual duties/roles for the next semester.
  3. Aztecs Rock Hunger raised 448,248lbs of food!
  4. Elections Coordinator interviews will be on Friday.
  5. Is working on making a recap of the year to be shown at All Council Training this Wednesday.
  6. Yielded to Mustafa to speak on the free ARC membership and priority registration.

VII. INFORMATION:

  1. Attendance: Nicolai reviewed the attendance reports.
  2. Proposed Changes to the Bylaws, Codes and Charters (Information): The proposed changes were reviewed.

VIII. ACTION:

  1. Mustafa Alemi Attendance Hearing (Time Certain 8:45am): It was moved and seconded to assign Mustafa Alemi an additional 2 cultural events and 2 hours of tabling to be completed by March 1 at 4pm.
